make the healthy choice the easy choice…

More than 10 years into my dietetic practice, I know the recipe for success.  I’ve worked with clients perplexed with weight loss and weight gain alike.  I’ve worked with infants and ninety year olds, ultra marathon athletes and those struggling to get off the couch.  One thing I know for sure is that eating healthy doesn’t have to be hard.  I’m here to teach you how to make it easy.

Fad diets don’t work.  Eating veggies is important, but so is enjoying a slice of birthday cake or a glass of wine to commemorate a special event.  Food is intimately woven into our social lives - the two cannot be separated.

Prior to opening my practice in 2019, I worked as a Registered Dietitian health coach at a Seattle-based wellness company.  I’ve learned that sleep, stress, activity, digestion, and nutrition are interconnected and health must be addressed as a whole.  While I am a nutrition expert by training, I hold the skills and experience to reduce stress, optimize sleep, and help you find a way to incorporate activity in both an enjoyable and sustainable way. 

I’ve learned that changes don’t stick unless they are realistic.  I’ve spent the majority of career working with busy professionals- clients that traveled a ton and needed creative solutions to support the fast-pace and realities of their day to day lives.  With this experience, I hold a unique tool box of ideas to take the guesswork out of healthy eating for YOU.  

I’m here as your teammate.  While I believe that one’s relationship with food holds importance above all else, I also believe in the strong power of accountability and having a partner along the way.
