I have been working with Lauren for about two years now. She is knowledgeable, flexible, and meets me where I am every time. I walk away feeling heard, supported, and when appropriate, challenged to be a better version of myself. Lauren is attentive and thorough, taking notes each session  to be able to follow up at our next conversation!
